An absolute beauty. The craftsmanship is superb and all three woods come together in perfect harmony. I used thicker stock for this box to give it a sturdier look. The buckeye burl is bookmatched on top and creates a stunning visual. The purple heart was chosen for its color to add a little contrast to the piece and it worked out incredibly. This is a gorgeous box that will last generations. The boxes outside measurements are 16 x 9 x 5 and inside are 12 and a half inches x 5 and 3 quarter inches x 3 inches deep giving plenty of room for jewelry. I finished the box in gloss spray lacquer and flocked with black fibers.

Joe shipped the package right away. Unfortunately, FedEx took over a week to pick it up from the shipping point, but that certainly wasn't his fault. The box was very carefully packaged and arrived safely. The workmanship is flawless. The photos didn't do it justice. It's spectacular!
