Recommended! I am very pleased with both the board and the purchase experience. The board is beautiful. A true display of old-fashioned craftsmanship. Joe also provided excellent communication, quickly responding to my questions and providing advice when I asked about the best way to care for the item. I was impressed when he told me about some of the ways in which he has been continually improving some of the more difficult aspects of these particular boards. I’d also like to mention that the shipping was quick and the item was packed with extreme care. It was bubble-wrapped securely enough to survive a trip around the world on the back of a truck. And, it was placed inside a cardboard shipping box that Joe had clearly cut himself to the perfect fit. If you see something you like in Joe’s shop, don’t hesitate.
