A cool concept. A magnetic tak set that looks awesome and is really neat. I used black walnut for the box and inlayed a grid with ebony. The diamonds are an amethyst and they sparkle slightly depending on how light is directed on the board. The game pieces store inside the box in a felted chamber and are made of walnut and birdseye maple. The board is an heirloom piece that will last generations. The board measures 12 inches square x 2 and quarter inches high when opened. I finished the board with semi gloss polyurethane. Tak is a registered trademark of cheapass games and all royalties have been paid.
